I drew these two whimsical faces, last night while watching TV.  

I took me two hours to do both. Yay!
The best part is yet to come... Painting.  :-)

Week 19, Life Book 2016.

I am learning to draw and paint "loosely" with watercolor.  
Not easy for a "recovering perfectionist" like me! :-)

I re-created my "Book Worm Girl" on a large canvas 18X24.  
It is so much easier to draw and paint faces on watercolor papers, than on canvas.  
After many hours... here she is!  (Inspired by Tamara Laporte)

The background does not show well on this photo because I applied an iridescent glaze.  
It looks better in person!
